Mazeh Sazan Nopajouh Shomal Company (Avish Food Industry) is the first and only knowledge-based company licensed by the Food and Drug Organization in the field of liquid sweetener production from stevia in Iran. The products of this company are 100% organic and natural and based on the innovative techniques of this company’s specialists (patent number 86180) and are prepared from the leaves of the stevia grown in our country.

The commercial product of this company under the name of Stevia Liquid Herbal Dietary Sugar under the brand Avish Salamat has been awarded the Sib Salamat Label from Food and Drug Administration since 2016, and currently the company is ready to produce 200 liters daily and 56,000 liters annually of liquid stevia extract with Brix 3%. Currently, the products of this company are available in three packaging forms: 5 cc sachets with 3% Brix in packs of 20, 15 cc dropper concentrate with 50% Brix, as well as 900 cc PET Food Grade Bottles with 50% Brix. The products of this company are used in the additives of hot and cold drinks, including serving in restaurants, coffee shops, and inflight drink packs, in the food industry, the dairy industry, the production of carbonated soft drinks, fruit juice, and the pharmaceutical industry, as a permitted diabetic sweetener in medical syrups. One of the properties of this company is the production of the only Iranian liquid organic product with a purity of more than 95%, and compared to the foreign product, it does not contain preservatives and alcohol, and its prime cost is 50% lower than that of the foreign product.
